We offer specialized care for the needs of our geriatric patients. We work with an extensive network of specialists who understand the needs of our senior citizens.

Dr. Sangwan has extensive experience as an hospitalist who provide in-patient care. She has closely worked with in-patient service providers in many Silicon Valley hospitals including El Camino Hospital (Mountain View) and Peninsula Hospital (Burlingame).

With extensive past experience as hospitalists, we are well equipped to ensure that our patient’s care is well coordinated. We ensure that the transition into and out from hospital care addresses all your medical and personal needs.
